Shipping Policy

At The Present Spot, every gift is designed, laser-engraved, and handmade to order in our workshop in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Here's exactly what to expect:

1. Handling time (before your order ships)

  • Personalized orders: 3 to 5 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Non-personalized orders: 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Saturday)
  • Order cutoff: 2:00 PM AST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM begin processing the next business day.

2. Transit time (once shipped)

  • We ship from Puerto Rico to destinations across the United States and Puerto Rico via USPS (Ground Advantage / Priority Mail).
  • Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Total delivery time: handling + transit = your personalized gift typically arrives within 5 to 9 business days of placing your order.

3. Shipping rates

  • Orders 1 lb and under: $6.99 USD flat rate shipping (United States & Puerto Rico).

  • Orders over 1 lb: $16.99 USD flat rate shipping (United States & Puerto Rico).

  • No hidden fees: The product price in your cart plus the applicable flat-rate shipping fee above is the final price you pay at checkout. 

4. Tracking your order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update on the carrier's website.

5. Damaged packages

  • We pack every item securely, but wood is a natural material. If your item arrives damaged, email us immediately at info@thepresentspot.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging — we'll prioritize a replacement for you at no cost.
